That is the question on my mind right now.  I shipped my 360 to Microsoft almost two weeks ago and they have updated their service site to let me know that it has been fixed and is shipped to customer.  They have provided me a UPS tracking number so I took a look at the UPS site and all I see is Billing Information received.  So where is my 360?  The frustration level is running high right now because that UPS status has not changed for five days now.  I really miss my 360 and from reading it's blog at www.360voice.com I can tell it misses me.
