The one Christmas gift I really liked has broken on me.  I can't say for sure what happened but after I got home from work yesterday the Back button on my Zune stopped working.  The device still plays music and I am still using it but I am going to do an exchange with Amazon.

Since the incident the device has been acting real funny and occasionally the touch pad goes crazy.  I am a little concerned at now durable the device is but since this is a brand new unit I know there will be some issues.  Hopefully I don't have to send this in again.

This really sucks because I really like my 8 GB Zune.  I've been checking the internet and it doesn't seem to be a wide spread issue.  I've only found two forum post that discuss the issue. 

The return/exchange process with Amazon has gone fairly easy.  I got free shipping to return the broken Zune and today I got confirmation my new Zune should arrive in the next week.
