Well i got a call from my mom today that my new Zune arrived at her house today.  She was the one that bought my my Zune from Amazon. 

I was wondering how it would work when I did the return/exchange process through Amazon since they never asked for my mailing address.  It was a very simple process and I got a confirmation email with an order number but no way to check that order's status.

Well that was a fast turn around.  My folks have shipped the package to me today and I should get it here in a couple days.  The confirmation email said I wouldn't get the Zune back till the 11th or 14th so I'm happy.
