One cool feature that is added to the Zune is the concept of the Social.  There is a website you can go to and view what I'm listening to, what my favorite artists are and what I have in my music library.  You can also see what are the top songs and artists others are listening to.  Here is the link: http://social.zune.net/member/voghan

My personal site displays my most recently played songs, favorites,  my most played artists and a list of my friends with their most recent listened three songs.  Now since my Zune profile is liked to my Xbox Live profile all my friends are XBL users and none of them has a Zune. 

I'm really liking the ability to track what I'm listening to and see what other people are listening to.  On the social home page you can see the top ranked songs, artists and albums.   From there you can checkout the people with the most plays or checkout the forums. I am a bit obsessed right now with my play count.  This is still all in beta but it seems to not track songs played in a custom play list.  Still it's a fun distraction and a new way of sharing information.  Good news is this does not come turned on by default so if you don't want to share this info you don't have to.
