For the most part I tend to not talk about sport in this blog but I just want this on the record.  As a Green and Gold Packer fan from birth I have to say it's time for Brett Favre to retire.  He has accomplished enough and proved to everyone he can still play at a very competitive level.  He will go down as the best QB to ever wear a Packer jersey and is probably one of the top 5 QBs of all time. 

Now this Green Bay team is very young and has the ability to win the NFC North for a few more seasons.  It's time to get a new QB and see what we can do.  Let Rogers take the team next year and lets see how far we can get.  Favre looked horrible in the second half of that game on Sunday.  He was out classed by Manning in what should have been Favre's shinning moment.  It's time to get a new QB that can lead this team for the next run for the Super Bowl.
