I got a chance to play the timed demo over the weekend and was really impressed.  I've never played a Devil May Cry game before so I have very little idea of what was the game is all about besides killing demons.  It's a visually stunning game what ran great even with a lot going on during some of the fights.

You play in 3rd person view and have three kinds of attacks, punch, gun and a sword.  I tended to stick to the sword and sliced up the demons but there was a few punch combos shown I tried out.  The combat was enjoyable even if the difficulty was ramped down for the demo.  This is one of the big Xbox 360/PS3 releases for Q1 and should hit US store shelves Feb 5th.  I added it to my GameFly queue.

This is the first of two big games from Capcon this year.  Besides bring Devil May Cry 4 to the Xbox 360 we should also see Resident Evil 5 this fall.  Capcon has really supported the Xbox this generation bringing some of the best new IPs like Lost Planet and Dead Raising to the Xbox 360.  Hopefully we'll be hearing more about Street Fighter 4 from Capcom very soon.
