So I was thinking about how long my Game Fly queue has gotten and how I've gotten another game that may take me a few weeks to beat and I thought this must be the gravy days of the 360 console.  If you have not been keeping up with all the great games that have come out in the past six months you may never be able to play them all. 

When a game console first comes out on the market there is a rush of launch games to play then you enter the post launch drought.  The drought will last until developers can meet the demands of the consumers that own that console.  For a while it seemed every month one 360 game did great in the sales charts, then would be replaced by the next new 360 game and this pattern continued until multiple good 360 games came out in a single month month.  Well after two and a half years on the market, the 360's game library is full of fun games to play.

If you love playing lots of different console games and own an Xbox 360 this is a great time your you.  I'll be spending as much of my summer playing Ninja Gaiden II and then the other games I've missed like Viking, GRID, Condemned 2, Bourne Conspiracy and Quake Wars.  I'll have to get through all these before all the big games on the 2nd half of the year come out like Gears 2, Fable 2, Madden '09 and Too Human.
