As one of the stranger rumors making the rounds is that Microsoft will start allowing other companies to manufacture and sell Xbox 360's.  I guess i don't see how this could possibly help Microsoft but it might be good for expanding the brand.  It could be possible for other companies to manufacture the Xbox 360 cheaper than Microsoft could which would allow them to sell at a lower cost.  It's not like this is the first time this idea has come up but it would be the first time a major player tried to pull it off.

Another hot rumor related to this is Samsung will be putting out an Xbox 360 TV.  Imagine a TV that had the game console built into it already?  Now imagine that the device used a BluRay drive.  Since Samsung is one of the BluRay manufacturers this would be a great way to fight Sony's Bravia/PS3 bundles.  I like it just for the fact it would simply cut down on all the wires I have now.
