Now I started listening to Chris Baker on my morning commutes a few months back.  One of the best bits his show has is the progressive transitions pieces he airs every morning.  It helps "right wing republican xenophobes conditioned to live under a repressive Republican administration make the change to living under a progressive administration."  I highly recommend you take the test on the page and listen to the nine MP3s on the left side of the page.
