So a couple weeks ago I download the Killzone 2 demo from the European PlayStation network (PSN).  This was an extremely annoying process because I don't use my PS3 very often.  Since I hadn't turned on my PS3 in a while I needed to download and install three patches for the OS.  This was a horribly long experience that reminded me how much I better the experience is on the Xbox 360. 

The DQ blog just posted his own experience with upgrading the PS3 and it downloading the PSN game Flower.  I have to admit his post makes me laugh because downloading patches and games over the PSN is so slow.  I'm glad I'm not the only one that wonders why it takes so long to patch your console.
