Looks like if you complain loud enough and people stop playing your game online the developers take a notice.  A large amount of people complained about the Gears of War ranking system with it's chevron based system that no one understood how it worked.  Well Epic is throwing that old system away in favor of a experience point based system like Call of Duty's.  I can see a lot more people playing online with the four new maps and the new experience point system.
